To align with DreamSofa’s brand ethos of elegance and versatility, this project utilized Cinema 4D and Houdini to produce a precise and dynamic 3D animation with lifelike rendering. The visual approach centered on a neutral, monochrome foundation to emphasize the customization process, which began with a base sofa and evolved through a series of easy-to-digest steps. These stages included a floating fabric catalog wrapping the sofa to show material choices, a unique visual of a statue dropping onto foam to demonstrate rigidity, and clean transitions visualizing style and size adjustments. The final output seamlessly transitioned from these minimalist concepts to fully rendered sofas in aspirational, styled interiors, creating a polished and tactile experience that brought the complexity of customization to life.
